UNEVEN | Drawing Challenge Day 3

Hi guys!

I was *obviously* meant to get this up yesterday, but due to work, a few episodes of Parks and Recreation - oops - and a very time consuming style of drawing, I am now a day behind in my drawing challenge!

My intention was to finish off yesterday's drawing today and then start the other one today; but again, due to work this morning, a round of golf, and the fact that I'm heading to Aarhus quite early tomorrow morning, I thought I'd save it for the ferry journey.

So here is my day 3 challenge! The theme for the day (if you haven't already guessed by the title of this post) was 'Uneven'.

I actually got this idea from my boyfriend. I dwindled with a few other ideas prior to this, but I quite liked the idea of drawing a mountain, as most things I draw are people based.

The dot work is what took me so much time rather than the drawing itself - I did start it quite late in the day, but trying to get the shading right was quite time consuming.

Overall, I'm really happy with the result - even if the trees look a bit dodge!

I will update with a new drawing challenge tomorrow, and I hope to get some different blog posts up on this website soon.

And as said in my last post, here is my boyfriend's attempt - not a bad attempt if you ask me!
